  • Class Cancellation Policy: Full session price will be charged for all cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled class time.

  • Private & Small Group Cancellation Policy: Full session price will be charged for all cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled class time.

  • Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and ensure a timely, uninterrupted start to your session.

  • All classes and sessions are 50 minutes.

  • Please openly share your health history, inform us of any updates or changes to it, and let us know immediately if you experience any pain during the session.

  • Prepayment required for all booked appointments.

  • Be mindful and present in the studio. Limit conversations to respect your practice and the experience of other clients.

  • Kindly silence your cell phones and store Apple Watches in the lockers.

  • Refrain from wearing sharp accessories i.e. zippers, jewelry, hair clips, or anything that could damage the upholstery.

  • Refrain from wearing oils, lotions, sunscreens, and fragrances.

  • Avoid wearing unwashed dark-wash clothing that can discolor upholstery.

  • Toe socks are required if you have painted nails and are available for purchase.

  • Please clean all equipment after use.
