PRIVATE SESSIONs

1 INDIVIDUAL

Private sessions are the ideal starting point for anyone new to Pilates or our studio. These personalized, one-on-one lessons are designed to teach you the foundational exercises, ensure safe and confident use of equipment, and guide you to move with ease and proficiency. For experienced clients, private lessons provide an opportunity for the instructor to learn your movement patterns, refine your technique, and address specific goals and questions.

GROUP SESSIONs

3-5 INDIVIDUALS

Group sessions are full studio equipment classes designed for 2-5 participants combining personalized guidance with a dynamic atmosphere. The instructor teaches according to individual abilities, focusing on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This small group setting ensures a balance of support and personal attention. These lessons are a progression from private sessions rather than something you hop into.

MAT CLASSES

6+ INDIVIDUALS

Mat Classes with 6+ participants offer a challenging and high-energy group experience designed for healthy bodies. Each client works independently while keeping up with the intensity of the session. The instructor provides guidance, corrections, and encouragement to ensure proper form and alignment. This setting balances individual attention with a supportive environment for all fitness levels.
