Comprehensive Pilates Certifications

The Peak Pilates® 650 Hour - Comprehensive Certification consists of Level 1 (4 Modules), Level 2 (3 Modules), & Level 3 (3 Modules). The three-level modular program is designed to deliver the highest quality of authentic Pilates education while progressing at your own pace. Teachers learn the introductory through advanced repertoire on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chairs, Barrels & Auxiliary equipment. The Comprehensive Certification is a classical Pilates education program distinguished by an emphasis on Pilates as an integrated movement system as Joseph Pilates intended.

LEVEL 1 TRAINING

4 TRAINING MODULES

The Peak Pilates® 260 Hour - Level 1 curriculum focuses on the Introductory and Beginner Systems
on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Wall, Barrels, and Power Circles. This program provides a solid foundation in the Classical Pilates method, emphasizing proper technique. This course equips instructors with the skills to teach beginner-level clients while laying the groundwork for progression
to more advanced systems.

LEVEL 2 TRAINING

3 TRAINING MODULES

The Peak Pilates® 240 Hour - Level 2 curriculum focuses on the Intermediate System, enhancing teachers' skills in guiding individuals and groups.
It covers the performance and instruction of Intermediate exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Barrels, Chairs, Power Circle, and Arm Weight Series. This course builds on the foundational knowledge and prepares teachers to challenge clients with greater precision and complexity.

LEVEL 3 TRAINING

3 TRAINING MODULES

The Peak Pilates® 155 Hour - Level 3 curriculum equips students to perform and teach advanced exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Barrels, Chairs, and Ped-O-Pul, as well as auxiliary exercises using the foot corrector, sandbag, towel, and jump board. At this level, instructors refine their ability to guide movement quality, prioritize corrections, and work with clients managing common knee and hip issues.
